| Location: Southern Alabama Regional Council on Aging, 1075 S. Brannon Stand Road, Dothan. SARCOA holds Caregiver Support Group meetings the first Thursday of each month from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. Caregiving can be so challenging, all-consuming and isolating. Support groups can help to relieve some of that isolation and loneliness. They are also a safe place for caregivers to come and share their daily challenges. It is a supportive environment where a caregiver can be honest without being judged.
