Description
The director of the Intermediate Care Program will provide therapeutic services to consumers of that program. In addition to these duties, the director will operate and supervise the day to day function of this residential program including budgets, quality of service delivered and ensuring compliance with SpectraCare and Alabama Department of Mental Health Requirements.
Must be able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, hoildays (as needed) and on-call.
Qualifications
Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field with successful completion of a relevant clinical practicum.
A minimum of (2) years work experience in a clinical setting with at least (1) year working with a substance abuse population.
Previous supervisory experience
Licensure in the State of Alabama as an LPC or LICSW is strongly preferred but not required.
